Im affraid of getting separated from my 2yo so im thinking on doing an ID, we are from Mexico. My question is, can cast members call international? Should i put a picture of "mom" somewhere? Should I put something like "if lost take me to ba

    Hola Nathalia!
Gracias por tu pregunta! I completely understand your concern. In order to keep things fun, there are some things you can do to prepare your child in case he gets lost. The first thing you should do is show your 2 year old what a Cast Members name tag looks like. Even though he's very young, it's important mommy tells him Cast Members are ok. Then, make sure your phone number is on your child. Some people put their phone number on a wristband or even pin the number on the childs clothes. Since your 2 year old might not speak English, you might want to put that on the ID you choose. There are many Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks that speak Spanish. If you have a digital camera, take a picture of your 2 year old every morning so you have an accurate and current "description" if he gets lost. If he gets lost, tell the first Cast Member in sight. The Walt Disney World Resort has a lot of security and they have procedures when a child is lost. If you want, you could visit Guest Services to talk to a Cast Member about your concern and get their input.
Hope this helps and have a magical vacation!
