Are Illuminations viewable from any other restaerant then Rose and Crown?

The Rose and Crown is the only table service restaurant where you can eat and enjoy the Illuminations show.  Of course that makes it a very tough grab!  If you have a window seat in Bistro de Paris restaurant on the second floor in France you can also see the fireworks but you won't hear and get the full effect of Illuminations.  Cantina de San Angel is a quick service dining location in Mexico that also has tables along the water.

Although it is nice to sit and relax while enjoying Illuminations I usually go to a spot that I know the wind will not be blowing in my face.  I have found that far more important in viewing this spectacular show then always staying in the same spot.  They have added additional viewing areas along the stretch between the Germany and China pavilions.
