Hi Laurie,
Welcome back to planDisney!
I love your plan. Disney's Hollywood Studios is in the running now to be my favorite park with the addition of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. And
50's Prime Time Café is always a must-do for my family when we visit! No, it most certainly would not be weird to do a table for one. As for toning it down, we have had a number of Cast Members serve us over the years. They have all reminded us to keep our elbows off the table and to eat all of our vegetables. Some have been a little louder than others but they have all equally reprimanded us for not following "mom's" rules. So, I suggest that you follow the rules and you will be just fine!
As you prepare for your trip, be sure to review the details about
Disney Genie service. Make some decisions about Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane purchases so that you can have a plan in place. Remember to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Check-in. On our last few visits, we have loved using Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our advanced dining reservations. In the process, we can note celebrations and, occasionally, make table location requests. Since I love window tables, I appreciate being able to make these requests when checking in using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Laurie, I am so excited for you! I know the prospect of eating alone might seem daunting, but it sounds like you have a solid plan, have picked a great dining location, and I suspect you will appreciate some alone time after the wedding. Sending a little extra pixie dust for wedding bliss and family peace.
Magic and memories,
Donyell
