I’ll be visiting the Magic Kingdom for the first time and I’m wondering what rides I will be able to get on since I have an above the knee prosthetic leg. I know some rides have requirements but I can’t seem to find the page I saw them on.

Hello April and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so very glad you stopped by.
Oh my goodness I'm so excited to know you're planning towards your 1st ever visit to the enchantment of Magic Kingdom Park where it's shaping up to be the most Incredible Summer at Walt Disney World Resort and with a little pixie dusted assistance from us here on the Panel it's sure to be practically perfect in every way for you.
I'm happy to share that you'll discover many wonderful Services for Guests with Disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort and to help with your choice of Attractions I think the webpage you may have previously researched was indeed Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities which conveniently lists the accessibility of each Disney Theme Park Attraction.
Plus it may be helpful to know that each individual Attraction lists its own Accessibility & Advisory Section - for example: when checking Avatar Flight of Passage the Accessibility & Advisory Section can be seen highlighted in blue on the right hand side of the webpage and when clicked opens up a new window.  And in addition when visiting Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members are simply Wild About Safety and can always be consulted at any time with any concern you may have.
