I'll be visiting the DisneyWorld on 4/25 and 4/26. For sure we'll be visiting the Magic Kingdom and we are unsure about the second park. I would like to know if Moana or Maui will be at any of the parks during this time. My kids love the movie!

Hello, Michael! I’m so glad to hear about your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Magic Kingdom is my #1 park as well, so I know you won’t be disappointed with that choice. The news about Moana, however is a little less happy.

Moana was greeting guests until April 16th at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and has since gone wayfinding with HeiHei and her family. We’re not sure when she will return, but I hope Te Fiti will grant our wish of another meet and greet with her. As for Maui, I’m pretty sure he’s off causing mischief while in the form of a giant hawk. Both my kids are enormous Moana fans, so we’re waiting for her return, as well.

If there is another park that I visit while vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort, it’s always Hollywood Studios. Though it currently has a smaller footprint while Star Wars Land and the Toy Story section are being constructed, landmark attractions like Tower of Terror, Toy Story Mania and Star Tours are must-dos for my family. I also thoroughly enjoy the Indiana Jones stunt show, and my little kids love Disney Junior - LIVE after a breakfast at Hollywood & Dine.

If I can be of any more help while you plan and anticipate your arrival, please let me know. Have a magical vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
