I'll be visiting Disneyland in April. It'll be almost a week between my Disneyland visit and the time I return home and two other hotels. I was wondering if there's a way for me to ship any purchases home to my parents from within the park.

    Hello, Jeni!

That is very wise of you to plan for shipping home all the pixie-dusted magic you will be collecting at the Disneyland Resort. Yes, you may have most souvenir and merchandise purchases shipped to a destination of your choice. Simply take your items and your receipts to one of the locations inside the theme parks that provides package check services. The Cast Members there will be happy to help you send your new treasures home.

Note that shipping fees are based on the prices paid for your merchandise rather than the number of items or the size and weight of the items. When I researched the cost of shipping home a long lightsaber from Savi's Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers or Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably-priced the shipping service is. Because prices may change without notice, you may ask a Cast Member at one of those locations for current prices and details.

Of course, not everything can be shipped home. I’m thinking especially of all the yummy treats available at the Disneyland Resort. Some of my favorites include the delicious Loaded Whips from Tropical Hideaway in Adventureland and the unique and decadent ice cream flavors at Salt & Straw in the Downtown Disney District. And don’t forget the 2020 California Food & Wine Festival going on now through April 21, 2020. My favorite location at the Festival Marketplaces is Cluck-a-Doodle-Moo, where you can find French Onion Grilled Beef Tenderloin Sliders and the Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch.

Have a magical time, Jeni. Please feel free to return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions.
