Hello Christian - there is no direct Disney transportation from resort to resort. What you'll need to do is use a theme park or Downtown Disney as a transportation "hub." For example, if you have a dinner reservation at the Contemporary, you would take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then walk or monorail over to the Contemporary.

To get to the Coronado from Pop Century, you would need to take a bus to a theme park or downtown Disney and transfer to a bus headed to the Coronado.

Disney also has plenty of taxis at every resort if you need to get somewhere quicker. You can find a fare estimator on mearstransporation.com if you'd like to get an idea of fare costs.
