Hey Howdy Hey Nadia and welcome back to planDisney!
I am so excited for you and your boyfriend to experience the Magic at the Walt Disney World Resort really soon! There is so much going on in the parks and especially with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party that you will have plenty to see and do. Before we get to the excitement, let's talk about ticket access.
The full answer would depend on whether you both have your own
My Disney Experience accounts. If so, you can purchase your tickets from one device and assign the tickets to your boyfriend or vice versa. When asked to tap into the parks, you both would have access through your separate devices.
If only one of you had a My Disney Experience account, the other would be able to purchase the tickets and assign them to a My Disney Experience account that you manage. In this scenario, only one device would be needed to both make the purchase and access the tickets.
When accessing your tickets, you will have a few options. The easiest way would be to set up a
MagicMobile pass from your My Disney Experience apps and then use your smartphone or your Apple watch to access your tickets. You can also pick up a keycard at the ticket window before you enter for the same access. Purchasing
MagicBands will also allow for this access but they do come with an extra expense.
I hope this information was helpful so you can better understand your options for accessing your tickets. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know, we are always happy to help!
To Infinity and Beyond,
Nick
