Hi I'll be visiting Disney the 1st week of Dec with my husband, we want to know what can we expect from the mickey's very merry christmas party. What is the diffence between the regular park hours? Do they have another section of fireworks and a parade?

    Hi Iveima!

I want to go back to Walt Disney World this December to go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom! We were there a couple of years ago for the party and it was so much fun! There is an added feeling of the holidays during the Party. I don't know if it's because the park stays open later than normal on those nights or maybe it's the free hot chocolate and cookies that makes it that much merrier. My favorite addition during the party is the snow on Main Street!

When we were there, it was very cold and I could swear it was real snow coming down that night! They also have a different Holiday Wishes show, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and special holiday shows in front of Cinderella's Castle. I enjoy all of the special parties at Magic Kingdom and I hope you will as well!

Thank you so much for your question! If you have more, we are always here for you! I hope you have a magical day!
