Ill be visiting with my daughter in early July and staying at the disneyland hotel. I use a rollator. I can walk, use a cane for short distances. May i use the rollator when waiting in line? What happens to it when im ready to get onto the ride?

Hi there, Mary! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad you stopped by with this Disneyland Resort question, and I hope you&rsquo;re getting excited to visit the Happiest Place on Earth with your daughter. Your vacation is just around the pixie-dusted corner! The theme parks offer attraction access assistance to help Guests with mobility disabilities enjoy as much magic as possible. If the attraction queue is wide and flat enough to accommodate a rolling walker, wheelchair or other mobility device, you can proceed through to the end and then a Cast Member can hold the walker for you at the loading area while you experience the attraction. There are attractions that load or unload at an alternate location or on different sides of the ride vehicle, so in some cases you may need to use another entrance even though your rolling walker could otherwise fit in the queue. You may also be given a return time based on the current wait time to experience an attraction rather than waiting in the regular standby line. Just check with a Cast Member at the beginning of each attraction queue and they can provide guidance on the proper procedure for you. I hope this information helps, Mary.
