Hello!! I’ll be traveling on my 19th week of pregnancy to disney with my toddler and family and i would like to have a list of attractions permitted for pregnant women's and any other facilities that you could make me aware of!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tatiana! You’re going to have a blast with your Mouseketeer during your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for stopping in with your question.

I was in your shoes a few years ago, when I visited with my husband, toddler and I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. It can totally be done and there are lots of attractions you can enjoy with your toddler! Just filter the attractions by selecting “slow rides” and you will see just how many attractions are available to you. You can also filter by theme park, making it easy to make your FastPass+ selections for your trip!

You should definitely take advantage of the Baby Care Centers at all four theme parks. They provide a clean, quiet and air-conditioned space for you to change your toddler’s diaper or use the potty. You can also feed your Mouseketeer lunch or a snack in a comfortable high-chair or toddler sized table. That way you don’t have to deal with finding a table or a quiet place in the middle of the day, during the hustle and bustle of a busy theme park!

Tatiana, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to put those finishing touches on your upcoming visit. Feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
