I'll be traveling to WDW this yr w/ my 7 mo. old who hates baby food and will eat soft cooked fruits and veggies from the table. Are these options available w/out sugar, butter, salt, honey, nuts, etc... so that he can eat w/ us or should I bring my own?

    Hi Sarah!

I have taken my 7 month old to Disney World and know how hard it can be to find food at restaurants! My experience is that the waitstaff at the Disney restaurants are very helpful. I know when my son was 7 months old he had many plates of cut up mixed veggies (carrots, peas and green beans), rolls and crackers. They also usually have Mickey pasta on every kids' meal (yes, that's Mickey shaped pasta!). And you should be able to get it absolutely plain! And always feel free to ask for something specific, you never know what they might be able to do for you!

Of course, it never hurts to grab a few of your baby's favorite snacks to carry around with you!

Have a magical vacation with your baby!
