I'll be traveling to Disney world in Florida this 2025 Christmas what events will be going on or must do and try during this time? Thank You!

Hello Patience! Welcome to planDisney. Good tidings I bring to you and your kin, and a round of Santa-plause for this question! As it snow happens, we've had some big Disney news today and there's nothing Elsa I'd rather do than share magical information! There's snow time like the present.....so cue the holiday pixie dust..... let's talk Christmas!

Oh my goodness, there truly is no better place to celebrate the magical season than at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Let's begin this question with Magic Kingdom. Just announced today are the dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! Here, you can enjoy a special Christmas fireworks show, a magical parade, festive shows, and holly-jolly character meet-and-greets! Tickets will go on sale soon, and since this is one of the most popular events of the year, be sure to plan to purchase your tickets early.

At Hollywood Studios, Disney has just announced that Disney Jollywood Nights will return on select nights. I absolutely love this party! You can dress casually or add a touch of glitz and glamour to your outfit. This event features live music, dancing, and jazzy entertainment, making it feel like you've stepped into a picture-perfect Disney winter wonderland! I cannot wait to attend this party again this year!

At Animal Kingdom, you won't want to miss the Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition! This iconic centerpiece comes to life with the most amazing projections set to holiday music. It's a must-see and one of my favorite activities during my holiday trips!

At EPCOT, my favorite holiday event is the International Festival of the Holidays. Admission to this festival is included with your theme park ticket, and be sure to arrive hungry! You'll not only experience holiday traditions from different cultures around the world, but the Holiday Kitchens will also take you on a festive culinary adventure. One of our family's favorite traditions is the Holiday Cookie Stroll!

Patience, there is still more fun to unwrap at Disney Springs, visiting the Resort hotels to see their magnificent trees, and all the holiday foods you'll find. I'm adding a link HERE that will help plan your Christmastime fun.

I'm more excited than Olaf in summer about the upcoming holiday season, and I'm so happy you brought this question to planDisney! As more information becomes available about the holidays, please keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and visit us here with any questions you may have. You can see we get pretty excited about discussing Christmastime! Have so much fun!

    Happy planning,
    Shonette
