Welcome to planDisney, Teresa! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today.
The International Gateway is the entrance to
EPCOT typically used by Guests who are staying at one of the Crescent Lake Resorts or at a Resort Hotel with access to the
Disney Skyliner. Anyone can use it, but there is no parking and no drop-off area, so you may have to get a bit creative. You're going to want to start your day by being dropped off at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. This may sound a bit counterintuitive because you're going to EPCOT, but this is the way you're going to get to the International Gateway. Since the Disney Skyliner will be down for refurbishment during your visit, you can either walk the pathway along the water to EPCOT or you can take
water transportation from the dock at Disney's Hollywood Studios. If I was making this journey, I think I'd choose to walk so I didn't have to wait for a boat, since it sounds like time is of the essence for you. If you have small children with you or anyone who requires some mobility assistance, keep in mind that the walking path is about three-quarters of a mile and takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how quickly you walk.
I hope this answers your question, Teresa, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
