I'll be staying at Port Orleans Riverside and would like to pack a box of non-perishable groceries and mail it to the resort so it would be there when I arrive. This would be cheaper than grocery delivery. Do you know if the resort allows that?

    Hi Joe!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

Yes, you are welcome to send packages to your Walt Disney World Resort in advance of your arrival.  You do not need a special address label, but you will need to indicate your name, your date of arrival, and that you are a guest staying at the resort.  A package arriving approximately three days early is just fine.

This is the address you will need to send your packages to:

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside,
    2201 Orleans Dr.,
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA

    (direct telephone number: (407) 934-6000).

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
