    I'll be staying at Pop Century this year, and I'm arriving August 11th. I was wondering if the new "Rapid Fill" mug system would be in place then, or will it still be the old refillable mugs?

    Hi Nicole - although I have read a lot about this new system on various unofficial sites, I have not heard of anything official nor have I seen a roll-out schedule.  If the unofficial sites are correct, the roll-out will occur over the next several weeks. But unfortunately, I'm not able to tell you if the new system will be in place by August 11th.  I do hope you have a magical vacation!
