I'll be staying at the Pop Century resort in February 2020. My question is, is there a way to get from the Skyliner at Epcot to the Monorail without entering the park, such as a sidewalk or walking path?

    Hi Tiffany!

I'm so excited about the opening of the Disney Skyliner later this month! It will be so nice to travel throughout Walt Disney World Resort with a bird's-eye view of the theme parks and Disney Resort hotels.

Since you are staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you will be able to board Disney's Skyliner right from your hotel! When you travel to Epcot, the Disney Skyliner station will be located at Epcot's International Gateway entrance, while the monorail station is located at Epcot's main entrance. Unfortunately, there is no way to walk between International Gateway and the main Epcot entrance without entering the theme park, which requires park admission.

If you are traveling to the Magic Kingdom area, you are welcome to walk from International Gateway to Disney's Beach Club Resort and catch a bus to Magic Kingdom. However, the most efficient route to get from Disney's Pop Century Resort to the Magic Kingdom area is to take a  bus directly from Disney's Pop Century Resort to Magic Kingdom and then use the monorail or a boat if you would like to travel to one of the hotels in the area.

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app because it's my favorite way to get directions and figure out the best ways to travel around Walt Disney World Resort using all of the available complimentary transportation options!
