    I’ll be staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. Does Disney Cruise Line offer ground transportation directly from this hotel to Port Canaveral? If not, what nearby Disney Resort or location should I transfer to in order to use Disney’s shuttle?

    Hey there, Slawomir! Welcome to planDisney. I'm glad you dropped by to prepare for a wonderful time aboard Disney Cruise Line. 

    Disney Cruise Line does not offer ground transportation from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. Instead, I recommend that you schedule ground transportation with Disney Cruise Line from Disney's Port Orleans Resort French Quarter. You'll receive an email about 48 hours prior to your sailing with instructions about when and where to meet the Disney Cruise Line representatives at Disney's Port Orleans Resort French Quarter. You can book a ride-share service and expect a travel time between the two resorts of about 15 minutes. Be sure to give yourself some extra time in case traffic is heavy or if you have to wait a little while for the driver to pick you up. 

    I love to book ground transportation with Disney Cruise Line and leave the task of driving to Disney. I always arrive relaxed and ready to step aboard the ship and into a vacation like no other at sea. During your sailing, you will enjoy world-class entertainment and service. It's a great idea to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to your mobile device, and make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app before you set sail. The app will be your guide to everything happening around the ship and will point your compass toward all of the fun.
