Hello Aimee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am hoping that my two young stroller riders will soon be able to upgrade to more walking and less riding (in strollers, anyway) around Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks. As a long time renter of a double stroller, I have recently been thinking about a slight upgrade to a sit-and-stand stroller as a bridge between walking full-time and lounging in luxury for my oldest child.
The
strollers available to rent at Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks and
Disney Springs are low-riding single or double-wide strollers. A sit-and-stand stroller is not available to rent from the Theme Parks or Disney Springs, directly.
While the stroller rentals from the
3 Disney Featured Providers offer a wider array of single and double strollers, none of the 3 companies currently offer a sit-and-stand stroller as a rental option.
Some Orlando Stroller companies that service Guests at Walt Disney World Resort may rent sit-and-stand strollers, but remember to be careful when dealing with third-party vendors that are not featured by Walt Disney World Resort.
If you currently have a sit-and-stand stroller that you and your kids are comfortable using, I would recommend that you bring that on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, if it is not too much of an inconvenience. It may be a hassle to cart the stroller during travel, but you'll be covered and comfortable for the duration of your vacation.
Have a Magical Visit!
