    I'll be staying at AKL next week and have already checked in online. If our room isn't ready when we arrive, are we able to check our carry on's at the hotel and start to enjoy the parks?

    Hi Suzanne!

    You can absolutely check your bags and head to the parks! Bell Services at the Animal Kingdom Lodge will be able to store your carry-on items until you return to the hotel.

    Many guests arrive early and want to head to a park on their first day!

    We sometimes leave our bags with Bell Services on our last day too so we can do some last minute shopping and/or dining prior to heading to the airport.
