I'll be soon taking a trip with my friend with muscular dystrophy to WDW. She cannot climb on steps and get on tall beds (she can get on a somewhat low bed by herself though). Is it possible for her to get a treatment (massage) @ the Grand Floridian Spa?

    Hi Mindy,

I took my mom to the Grand Floridian Spa this summer, and she has Parkinson's and, too, is unable to step up.  We were delighted to discover the spa tables can lower for guests, and the staff was amazing at assisting her.

When you make your reservations, I would make a notation of her need for possible assistance and for a spa table that moves horizontally.

Wishing you both a magical trip!
