Hi, I'll be at the Epcot area's Beach Club resort over the holidays (12/28/18-1/3/18) and I'm wondering if there are any yoga classes offered nearby?

Sun salutations, Krista, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love a nice morning stroll or cardio activity while on vacation. It means I can get going earlier or indulge in my favorite Parks snack without feeling guilty.

You’ll find Sunrise Yoga at Disney’s Beach Club Resort each Friday morning at 7am. There are 20 Yoga mats for participants to use and it’s first come first serve, though if you arrive late and there are still mats, feel free to snag one and hop on in. The awesomely cool Florida grass is a lovely backdrop for stretching into the sky and breathing deep. I think you’ll really enjoy the sessions. Be sure to check with the concierge when you check in; the Yoga sessions used to be twice a week a last year, and may change in frequency. They can give you a sheet filled with the most up to date Resort activities for Beach Club.

If I can help you find another fun family exercise to do, please let me know. I highly recommend the surrey bikes along the Boardwalk. It’s a great way to see the entire thing and work up an appetite for a margarita or an ice cream! ChEARs! ~ Lindsey P.
