    I'll be going to Disney World with my mom in May (our first time!). We're staying at the Dolphin, and have purchased Canadian resident tickets. We have a Will Call certificate - will we be able to pick up our tickets at the hotel instead of a park?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, my fellow Canadian. I’m thrilled to hear that you’ve booked your family’s first visit to Walt Disney World Resort this May!

    Any Theme Park Tickets purchased with the Special Offer for Canadian Residents must be picked up and activated at a Theme Park ticket window or at Guest Relations at any of the Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. They unfortunately can’t be activated at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel (or any Walt Disney World Resort hotel, for that matter). 

    Don’t forget that, even though you have to show proof of Canadian residency before actually using your tickets to enter a Theme Park, you can absolutely make your family’s FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before your arrival. Make sure your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account and you should be good to go.
