I’ll be on the Disney wonder oct 16-21 2022 I’m trying to book activities how do I book activities online? Seem impossible. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone!!!

Ahoy there Malicia! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so excited that you and your crew will be embarking on a magical journey this fall! You'll be on my favorite ship in the fleet, too - the Disney Wonder! I love all the ships, but the Wonder has Tiana's Place, the French Quarter Lounge, and a few other spaces that just set it apart for my family!

Ok, we also spent 14 nights on a Panama Canal itinerary, so maybe we're a bit biased.

I see you depart on October 16th on the 50-Night Baja Cruise from San Diego! Consider me doubly jealous! Not only are you on my favorite ship, stopping at one of my favorite ports, but you'll also be celebrating Halloween on the High Seas! A spooktacular good time is sure to be ahead of you!

When it comes to booking activities, your booking window is determined by your Castaway Club Status! This is broken down by how many cruises you've completed with Disney Cruise Line! The breakdown is as follows:

    • 125 days before your sailing for Guests in Concierge Staterooms
    • 120 days before your sailing for Platinum Castaway Club members, who have completed 10 or more cruises.
    • 105 days before your sailing for Gold members, who have completed 5-9 cruises.
    • 90 days before your sailing for Silver members, who have completed 1-4 cruises
    • 75 days before your sailing for new cruisers!

Based on my calculations, we're still 124 days out as of this writing, so unless you're in a Concierge stateroom, you still have a bit of a wait to go! If you are in fact in a Concierge stateroom, you can call the dedicated Concierge Agent for personalized assistance in planning every cruise detail! Just be sure to have your reservation number ready!

Once your booking window opens, you'll be able to book activities either on the Disney Cruise Line website under the "Book/Manage Cruise Activities" page or if you prefer, you can reserve activities through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app! Whichever method you choose, you'll simply select the day of your cruise and the type of activity you're looking for and a whole new world of opportunities will reveal themselves to you! It's no magic mirror, but it's as close as we get.

Whether you're excited to book a luxury sail and snorkel Port Adventure in Cabo San Lucas, an Adult Dining experience at Palo, or simply some tickets for a special character meet and greet, the My Cruise Activities section will be your guide!

I hope that clears things up and leads to some smooth sailing for you and your crew as you continue planning! Thank you for your question, Malicia! If you run into any other stormy seas while booking your plans, please drop me another line here at planDisney - I'm always here to lend a hand!

    SEA ya real soon!
