Hiya, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney!
You’ve made a great decision to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort for almost two weeks and purchase a 10-day theme park ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option. You will have plenty to see and do with four theme parks,
two water parks, two
miniature golf courses, and
ESPN Wide World of Sports!
Disney’s date-based tickets will allow a window of time for multi-day tickets to be used. 3-day tickets have a use window of five days, 6-day tickets have a use window of nine days, and 10-day tickets have a use window of 14 days. The use window intends to allow Guests the flexibility to choose when to visit the parks, have a few rest days, and check out the other resort amenities mentioned above.
The Park Hopper Option Plus will allow you to swing like Tarzan from one park to another within the same day, and in your case, 10 days within your 14-day window. It also allows 10 visits to other experiences, such as
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon or
Disney’s Blizzard Beach. These do not count towards your theme park visit allotment of 10 days. Using the plan you described, if you visit the theme parks for five days, the water parks on each of your two rest days, and then five more days in the parks, you will have used all 10 theme park visits and only two of your allowed 10 trips to the water parks,
miniature golf, etc. Make sense?
Since you plan on taking a dip at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach allow me to make a couple of suggestions! Experiencing the thrill of the Tobaggan Racers and Summit Plummet is a must, as is a delicious Hang Ten Mojito from Let’s Go Slurpin’ and a Piña CoLAVA from Polar Pub. If you want more space and privacy, the
Enchanting Extras Collection offers private Beachcomber Shacks and Polar Patios for an additional fee.
I hope this answers your question, Michelle. If you have any follow-up questions or would like more assistance filling out your itinerary,
please let me know!
Enjoy your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth!
