    I´ll be in the All-Star Movie Resort on 02/22/2012. In the comfimation reservation says I can balance due the day I am arriving in the resort. But I'd like to make tha payment before by the website. What should I do?

    Hi Luciana!

    Congratulations on your fast-approaching vacation to Walt Disney World!
    You're going to have such an amazing time!

    To make a payment to your reservation online, you need a Walt Disney World online profile set up.
    Sign in to the website using your profile ID & password or create a new one if you haven't before.

    Once you sign in to your profile, click on the 'My Disney Vacation' next to the little orange suitcase icon and select 'My Reservations.'

    You will then see your reservation information - or - select 'Find Missing Reservation' and enter your confirmation number and details on how your reservation was booked.

    After clicking the blue 'View Details' beneath your reservation, you'll be taken to a page where you can select 'Pay Balance Now' in the Price & Payment section.

    If you are unable to access this area through your profile, contact (407) 939-7429 for a 'Resort Only' reservation, or (407) 939-7675 if you have 'Vacation Package' booking that includes park tickets. A Cast Member will be able to assist you in retrieving your reservation information and advise you how to access your reservation for online payment if applicable. If you are unable to access the reservation online, a Cast Member can process your payment for you by telephone.
