One of my favorite features of
Disney Genie+ Service is the
unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos. It's such a great way to document trips to the Happiest Place on Earth with professional photographs! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing your photos.
One thing I like to check is whether or not you purchased the Disney Genie+ Service for each day of your trip that you took Disney PhotoPass photos? On a recent trip that I took with family, we only had Disney Genie+ Service for one of our two days in the parks. While we were able to download all the photos from our first day without the watermark, we ended up taking some photos at a Disney PhotoPass location on the second day and they did have the watermark. This means we would've needed to purchase them separately if we wanted any of them.
If you had Disney Genie+ Service for each day of your trip that you had Disney PhotoPass photos taken, then I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Disney Genie Service line. They should be able to see more details about your situation and help you with the next steps.
