Warm greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Amy!
Thank you kindly for your excellent question regarding your
Disneyland Resort eTickets, it would be my pleasure to offer assistance in order to get you closer to accessing all the Disney magic during your visit.
Amy, I am not sure of the method you used to purchase your existing theme park tickets, and typically tickets purchased via the official Disneyland Resort site present Guests with the option to receive a physical ticket card or a
Disney eTicket. For Guests who opt for the Disney eTicket, such as yourself, the ticket is delivered in the Adobe PDF digital format which can be viewed and accessed for printing from your mobile device, or desktop computer. You also have the option to present your Disney eTicket barcode accessed from your eTicket viewer on the Disneyland app from your mobile device when entering the Disneyland Resort theme park Main Entrance for admission. I like to take a screenshot of my ticket(s) in case of a WiFi interruption.
Amy if you are experiencing difficulty printing out your Disney eTickets then I recommend checking to see if your computer has Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher installed. If not, you are able to download the Adobe Reader for free via
Adobe Systems Incorporated. If you experience any hardship with this, kindly contact the Guest Services telephone number listed on your confirmation email.
Tips:Download the
Disneyland app to access all the magic during your visit – the app offers many vacation essential features such as the
Disney Genie+ Service and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to add great convenience to your theme park day.
Amy, I hope my advice resolves your Disney eTicket matter, don’t forget to make your
Theme Park Reservation for each day of valid theme park admission to enjoy the
Boo-tacular Halloween Events at the Disneyland Resort and all beloved and new attractions!
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
