Hi, Lanette! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry you're having trouble with your plans, Lanette. It's definitely not very magical to be dealing with such a thing just days before your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is supposed to begin. Let's see if we can get things back on track for you.
You can access your
My Disney Experience account via the Walt Disney World website with a computer or through the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone. I've found that sometimes if I'm having trouble with one of them, I can switch to the other one and things seem to work out. I don't know why that happens, but it definitely happens!
So, let's take a look in the app. If you haven't already, go ahead and download the
My Disney Experience app to your device and sign in with the same credentials you use when you're on the computer. Then, look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen and click there. On the next page, you'll see different boxes you can select to access your information. To see your tickets, click on "Tickets and Passes," and to check your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, click on "Resort Hotel." You can also see your entire itinerary, including
Disney Park Pass, dining, and Resort hotel reservations for each day of your trip under "My Plans."
Hopefully, switching to the app will show you the information you're looking for. If it's still not working, you'll probably need to
call Disney's Guest Relations at the number listed for "Website Support" and have a Cast Member investigate the problem. They'll be able to get everything sorted out so your vacation is practically perfect!
Lanette, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, I know your vacation will be just as magical as you're hoping it will be. Have fun, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
