Do you have ideas on how to keep my 4 and 3 yr-old safe? I'm scared to death to "lose" them in the big parks. What should be our 1st action if we get separated / if one of the children gets lost? My kids' 1st language is French. Won't have cellph

    Hi Marie-Lou!

I can understand completely your concern!  Walt Disney World Resort is a very large place.  However, unless you are visiting during a very busy time of the year, it isn't that easy to lose track of a child.  Still, it does happen from time to time.  If possible, you should tell your children that they should walk up to any Disney Cast Member if they get separated from you.  They also have Disney Cast Member name tags on their costumes.  It might be easiest to teach them to walk up to a Cast Member working at a food cart or in a store.

Likewise, you should also walk up to any Cast Member and ask for help.  They have all been trained and know what to do in case of a missing child.

You might also consider sewing in a name tag on the inside of your children's clothing with your name and a good telephone number for you, such as the number for the hotel you are staying at if you don't have a cell phone.  Be sure to teach your children to show a Disney Cast Member where it is if needed.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
