    Any idea when Disney will announce if they plan on offering Military Salute in 2017?

    Hi Deborah,

    First of all, thank you and your family for your service to our country. As you know, Walt Disney World appreciates our military and offers a number of  special military benefits.

    The current special ticket offer for military families expires in December. The discount ticket program for the following year normally is released in the fall, usually in September. So I would suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog over the next few weeks for an announcement.

    You also will want to check out Shades of Green, the Walt Disney World resort for military families. Shades of Green is an official Armed Services Recreation Center Resort near Magic Kingdom with fabulous discounts and vacation packages for military families 

    Again, thanks for your family's service and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are able to take advantage of a military discount to treat your family to a special Walt Disney World vacation.
