    Hello! Any idea of what characters will be at the new Animal Kingdom meet and greet? We have trips planned for September and over NewYear's. My boys love autographs and try for new ones each visit. Thanks so much!!

    Any changes at Walt Disney World Resort are always met with lots of conversation and speculation. The excitement will definitely build until the big reveal.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom has confirmed that Beastly Bazaar merchandise near Flame Tree BBQ will be closing on August 12, 2012 to make way for the new character meet and greet location.

    While no details have been released as to who will be present, some observant folks have noted that the following characters seem to have been pulled off the current roster:

    Miss Bunny (paired with Thumper)
    Jiminy Cricket
    Daisy Duck
    Flik
    Meeko
    Timon
    Thumper

    There is also chatter that the Fab Five (or some combination thereof) will be taking over this new, air-conditioned spot.

    Your best bet for this kind of breaking news is the Disney Parks Blog. As soon as information is released, it will be made public to subscribers.
