Any idea which is the best day to visit BB? Some say weekends are better because most people arrive on weekend and don't have the water park as their first park but then some say its worse because of the locals.

Hi Shannon! Both opinions are actually correct. Locals come out in force on the weekends when they have off from work and most guests coming from a distance will choose to arrive and depart on the weekend days.  When trying to figure out crowds in the parks I always say just go when it fits best for you and don't worry about the charts and past figures.  Each week and each year will show different trends and it become impossible to pick the "best" time for fewer crowds.

The best advice for any park including the water parks is to arrive at opening and leave early versus arriving later in the day.  You will find the lines are shortest in the first hour or two of a park and longest mid day.  Towards the end they will also shorten but it is still most enjoyable in the morning. Double check park operating hours as Disney can change them at the last minute. Your resort concierge or front desk can get the latest information so you are not surprised in the negative way on the day you go.

Plan an itinerary and when you feel a water park is a good fit just plug it in and go with it!
