I'd like to visit the Tri Circle D Ranch for pony rides then go to Story Book Dining at Artist Point afterwards. We will have a car since we are staying at a different Disney resort. Can I park at Tri Circle D Ranch?

Hey Howdy Hey Christina and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you have quite the afternoon and evening planned for your visit to The Campsites at Disney's Wilderness Resort with a visit to Tri-Circle D Ranch and Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White! This resort is amazing and can be perfect for a little resort hopping. The details of resort hopping can vary a bit so let's go over your situation so you are prepared for your day.

One of the biggest situations you may face may come up at the security gate. As per the current parking policy, Guests should be allowed complimentary parking for day Guests at the resorts to enjoy dining, entertainment, shopping and recreation. That being said, you should not have any issues getting into the resort and parking with your vehicle. In some cases, security guards may ask for a reason for your visit but as long as you have a reservation for dining, you should not have any issues. Make sure this is easily accessible on your My Disney Experience app in case any issues arise, but you should be all set for your day.

Depending on the time of your reservation, you may want to check out the water transportation situation to Magic Kingdom or any of the other Magic Kingdom resorts. If you time it right, you may be able to watch the fireworks in Magic Kingdom from your trip along Seven Seas Lagoon. This is a super cool experience and one you won't get anywhere else!

I hope you have a Magical time on your vacation and visit the campsites. If you have any other questions please let us know, we are always happy to help!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
