    I'd like to upgrade my current pass. My pass was downgraded in error.

    Since your Magic Key Pass has been wrongly downgraded, I advise calling the Cast Members who specialize in helping Magic Key Pass holders. You can reach this team at (714) 781-7277. They will be able to look into your account and identity the issue, and I bet they will be happy to help. 

    If they can't find the issue with your Magic Key Pass, you can call the Website Support team, and they'll also be able to see what happened in your account and past Magic Key Pass affiliations. You can call these Cast Members at (714) 520-6222
