I'd like to ship ahead our baby's diapers, wipes, food, etc. Can this be done? How will we be sure it will be there when we arrive? Also, is there a grocery nearby? We'll need milk on hand for the baby.

    Hello, Stephanie,

Thank you for sending your question to us.  You can absolutely send a package to yourself beforehand, and it is a great way to simplify your travel. The company you use to send your package will be able to help you to know when to send it so that it arrives before you do. To send the package, you want to send it with the following label:

Your Name (or whose name the reservation is under), Guest arriving on (date)
    c/o Your Resort's Name
The Resort's Address (this can be found on the individual resort pages).

The package will be waiting with Bell Services upon your arrival.

All of the resorts do have milk available either in a small store or the counter service restaurant at the resort.  Since all of the rooms at the Disney-owned resorts have small refrigerators, you'll be able to store the milk in your room.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
