I'd like to request a refurbished room at Pop Century for our September stay. Can we do that? How would we best accomplish that?

    Hello Melissa!
I had the opportunity to stay in Disney's Pop Century Resort in one of the newly refurbished room for six nights in June of 2017 and I loved it!  It was so clean and modern looking!  The floor is laminate flooring instead of the normal carpet.  The shower had a dual shower head with one shower head up high and the other one being a hand-held detachable one. There is a Queen bed and a full sized Nova bed (a Murphy bed which is a table that pulls down into a full size bed) in each refurbished room. The coffee maker which is in the refurbished room was a pod type Cuisinart Coffee Maker (this was the model that was there when I stayed there in June 2017). There are also ten USB outlets in the room (5 banks of 2 electrical outlets with 2 USB outlets to the left of the electrical outlets) which is a tremendous help in charging all of the digital and electronic devices of today!  The mini-refrigerator has a glass see-through door in the front and there is a larger safe that that can easily accommodate a lap-top computer. There are many more incredible details as well to these incredible rooms including recessed lighting and a small light-up mirror in the bathroom! When you check in to the Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can request a refurbished room (this is exactly what I did to get a refurbished room). Keep in mind that you may have to wait longer for a refurbished room to become available. I hope that you get to stay in a refurbished room at Disney's Pop Century Resort on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
