Magic Happens Parade at DLR

    I’d like to purchase reserved seats for Fireworks, Magic Happens, and Fantasmic. Who do I call?

    A great, big, beautiful welcome to planDisney, Stacy! We are so happy to have you!

    How exciting to be planning your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort! I can tell that you and I have something in common, because the live entertainment, parades, and nighttime spectaculars are my highest priority when I plan my Disneyland Resort visits. While Fantasmic! is currently paused through Labor Day, I do have some recommendations for other entertainment offerings that I absolutely love, and I hope you do too!

    Currently, Wondrous Journeys can be viewed from a number of locations around Main Street U.S.A., in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, near the Rivers of America and the "it's a small world" promenade. However, if you are interested in a reserved viewing area, you might enjoy the Dinner in the Stars package at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace, which grants you a reserved viewing balcony between the hours of 6:30 PM and 10:00 PM. I recommend checking the entertainment calendar on your intended visit dates to verify the showtimes and be sure to note that entertainment offerings are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

    I'm so glad you brought up the "Magic Happens" parade because it is my absolute favorite parade in any Disney Park! I think the storytelling, the costuming, and the float designs are exceptional and have become one of my family's favorite experiences at Disneyland Park. The "Magic Happens" Parade Dining Packages at the Plaza Inn currently offer a voucher for reserved viewing access to the second showing of the parade, along with your lunch meal.

    While I know you didn't specifically mention visiting Disney California Adventure Park, I wanted to mention the World of Color Dessert Party because it is a great opportunity to view World of Color - ONE from a reserved seating area AND enjoy some tasty treats and beverages, too!

    Finally, Stacy, if you're interested in booking a premium, customized experience that can include reserved seating for shows and nighttime spectaculars, you may wish to inquire with Disneyland Resort VIP Tours. They can help you plan a personalized itinerary that hits all your wishlist items!
