I'd like to purchase the Memory Maker for our upcoming trip with 3 families but we are all arriving and leaving on different dates. How would you recommend us doing this n who should be the primary holder?

    Hi Lori!

I just love Disney's Memory Maker and I am thrilled to hear you will all be using it during your next visit. It truly makes capturing and saving all of your vacation memories a snap.

Since it sounds like you are the planner, I would probably assign it to you, because there are a few simple steps to make sure everyone in your traveling party is ready to begin using it. As long as your vacations are all close, you will have no problem using it on separate dates. Memory Maker is good for 30 days from its first use, so you should all have ample time to get your precious moments captured. Then, once everyone's trips are over, you will be the one responsible for downloading the photos and sharing them with each family.

For more Memory Maker help, there are great tips and information on the Walt Disney World Resort Help Center, or feel free to send me a follow-up question.

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
