    I'd like to purchase Florida Resident Pixie Dust passes for my family. If I buy them online, and the delivery method is email, will I still receive the physical passes/cards in the mail? Thanks!

    Hey there, Kayla, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question, and congratulations on becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! Since Annual Pass sales have been paused, these passes have become coveted by Guests outside the boundaries of Florida. I know at least one Alabamian - me - who is impatiently awaiting the Annual Pass pause to be lifted, or I may have to move to the Sunshine State. 

    Kayla, I confirmed with a Walt Disney World Cast Member that Annual Passes are not mailed directly to Guests. If you elect to receive your passes through email, you can use the email confirmation number to add the passes to your My Disney Experience Account. Once the passes are linked to your account you can begin to make Theme Park Reservations using the passes. If you’d still like physical passes/cards, you can pick them up once you arrive at The Walt Disney World Resort! You can pick up your passes at any Theme Park ticket window or the Disney Springs Ticket Center by presenting a valid ID and the credit card used to complete your purchase.
