I’d like to purchase advance tickets for a surprise visit for coworkers. The problem is, some might not be able to go. I’m looking at buying 30 tickets . What’s the best way to coordinate?

Hello Matt, welcome to planDisney and hello from Mickey Mouse & Friends!

Wow, what a generous, incredible surprise you’re about to give – now that’s some pretty huge Disney magic, Matt, good for you!

Disneyland Resort has a couple of options that you may wish to explore before contacting Disneyland Resort – Tickets, from field trips and educational experiences for youth groups through the Disney Imagination Campus, or for large and small business meetings, conventions and social events, right down to assistance with booking larger parties at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, the choices are all yours.

A few things to keep in mind during your phone call for purchasing tickets is that everyone will need a Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservation, and currently, once theme park tickets are linked to your Disney account you can make Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations for up to 15 Guests at a time (subject to change). Since you will have 30 tickets to consider, you might want to include a co-worker in your surprise so they can secure the remaining 15 using their Disney account. Or, you might consider asking the Cast Member during your call for assistance with securing Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations for all 30 theme park tickets.

It would be a good idea for all your coworkers to download the Disneyland Mobile App in advance of their visit to manage their theme park touring plans during their visit. Once everyone updates their Payment Method in the Disneyland Mobile App, they will facilitate app transactions for Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering and add the Disney Genie+ service upon entry into the theme park to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance.

Matt, for those coworkers that can't go, their unused theme park ticket can be used at a later date, or the value of an unused, expired theme park ticket could be used toward the purchase another ticket, so your gift would carry on.

I hope this information is helpful, Matt, I think that this gesture is outstanding, you're going to make 30 people so happy! I wish you and everyone a magical visit to Disneyland Resort, thank you so much!
