Hi Brian! Welcome to planDisney! You brought the kind of question we love to answer! One of my most memorable visits was for my 40th birthday, when we had a group about the same size as yours! Your family is going to have a great visit because of your great planning!
Currently, Guests are unable to book reservations for 2027. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t get a general idea of a budget for your 2027 visit. Start your planning at the
Walt Disney World Resort website’s vacation planning page. When you arrive at the page, you can explore all hotel options in the Disney Resorts Collection. There are hotels in the
value,
moderate, and
deluxe categories. Begin to get an idea of which resort hotel (or hotels) will be best for your family.
After you have an idea of which resort hotel(s) would be best for your family, you’ll want to think about which theme parks you want to visit. There are four, yes four, theme parks –
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park! Depending on the ages and interests of your grandchildren, you might decide to visit all four parks or just a few.
Brian, once you have narrowed down your resort hotel and theme park choices, I recommend calling 407-939-5277. Due to the size of your group and the number of rooms you’ll need, I think speaking with a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member is a good option for you. Just let the Cast Member know that you’re pricing out a vacation package. Keep in mind that prices quoted are subject to change.
One more piece of advice – come back to planDisney! If you want help narrowing down the best hotel choices, just let us know if you’re looking in the value, moderate, or deluxe categories. Also, if you want recommendations for which parks to visit, just let us know the interests of your family (i.e. Frozen, Star Wars, thrill rides, toddler-friendly rides, nostalgic Disney rides, etc.). We can also recommend dining options based upon your family’s preferences (i.e. quick service, table service, character dining, etc.).
I hope this information has given you a good start on your planning! Send us as many questions as you can think of! We’re here to help, Brian!
Dreams do come true!
