I'd like to make a payment for my vacation and do not see an option anywhere in My Disney Experience like you said there was in other responses...

    Hello there, James!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney. We are so very glad that you are here. It looks like you have a springtime arrival to The Most Magical Place on Earth coming up real soon. I am sure everyone in your travel party is getting super excited. You are visiting at a wonderful time. My May trips to Walt Disney World have some of the best weather and wait times!

Oh, bother! James, I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your payment information. Hopefully, I can help you with accessing the link and get you back to planning your magical adventure. It sounds like you are off to a great start by utilizing My Disney Experience! When you are in your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website, you will want to start off in My Plans. Scroll down this page until you see your Walt Disney World check-in date with hotel information. You will see a photo of your resort, confirmation number, and remaining balance. Next to the remaining balance information will be a blue highlighted link labeled Make a Payment. Click the link to continue with the payment process.
Sounds simple enough, right? But what happens if you do not see this link? As Pooh Bear says, Let's "think, think, think.."I know!- We should go through some reasons that this option may not be showing up in this spot. If you booked your vacation with a travel professional or agency, you will not see an option to make a payment through My Disney Experience. All payments would need to be processed with the individual or company that secured your upcoming reservation. Did you book a "room only"reservation? Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms booked separately from a package only require the first night's stay as payment. The rest of the balance will be paid when you arrive. And, it is important to note that your upcoming travels must be linked to your My Disney Experience account. When looking at the My Plans page of this site, be sure your upcoming reservation is listed. If not, this can easily be fixed. Using the same My Plans page, go to the blue Resort Hotel icon. Next, select Link a Reservation. You will enter the requested details and like magic, your plans will appear. If this is the case, it may take a day or two for the payment option to appear.

James, if you are still unable to select the Make a Payment option, and none of the above situations apply to your travels, please do not hesitate to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. Vacation packages and hotel reservations can be accessed through the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations contact and if you have a ticket-only purchase you will contact Existing Tickets.

I truly hope that this advice will help you be able to make the payment and continue with all of the vacation excitement. You will be visiting during The World's Most Magical Celebration! There is a lot of EARidesent magic to look forward to on this trip. Be sure to check out the Beacons of Magic at all four theme parks. These stunning displays should not be missed!
    We'll see ya real soon!
