Is the ID number for the memory maker the Confirmation Number? Trying to link to app

Hey there, Whitney, and welcome to planDisney!

You are exactly one sleep away from your living your best life at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Eek! I've got a feeling that you've already packed your bags, made your Lightning Lane selections, and are ready for the adventure ahead. Let's not waste any more time; it's time to figure out this last piece of the planning puzzle.

If you were logged in to your My Disney Experience account at the time of your Memory Maker purchase, it should already be linked. Using a browser, log in to the official Disney World website, and look for "My Plans and Tickets." Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click the tab that reads "Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker." Your Memory Maker purchase would be located there if it is linked.

Not seeing it there? Then, yes, you absolutely need to link it to your account. If you'd like to link Memory Maker in the My Disney Experience app, click on the three horizontal lines in the lower-right corner. Scroll down to "Disney PhotoPass" and select "Shop Memory Maker." Click "Link It to Your Account." You should have received a confirmation email after you purchased Memory Maker online. The ID Number is a 12-digit confirmation number located in that email. Side note: It may sound a little odd, but sometimes all you need to do to see the Memory Maker automatically populate in your app is to log out and log back in to your account. That quick refresh could make all the difference.

AN EXTRA GEM: While you're at Disney World, include a visit to EPCOT for its 2026 Flower & Garden Festival. Grab an adorable Orange Bird Sipper from The Citrus Blossom, catch a vibe at a Garden Rocks concert, and take in the views of seemingly endless floral displays and character topiaries. You've picked a practically perfect season to tap into the magic.

Whitney, I may be biased, but you're about to have one of the most amazing weeks ever! By the end of your vacation, you'll ask yourself, "When can we do this again?" Until then, you'll have an entire (downloadable) photo gallery to revisit those moments whenever you'd like. Please reach out to us here at planDisney if you have additional Disney vacation planning questions.

    Magic always,
