I'd like to link my brother's ticket to mine. I am an annual passholder and he will be attending the park with me on March 1st. How do I link his and his kids tickets to mine?

    Hi Andrew,

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so happy to see that your trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort is coming up soon! It sounds like you all just need to be connected through the Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If your brother has his own My Disney Experience account, you will just need to open the My Disney Experience Mobile app, scroll down and click on My Profile, then click on the Family & Friends List tab. From there, scroll down and click on the option to Add a Guest. Then, select the option to enter their information, click the option to share planning with this guest, and then enter their email address to connect. You will need to use the email address that is connected to your brother's My Disney Experience account.

If your brother does not have a My Disney Experience account, you would just enter his name and other info, and click to manage plans for him. If your brother's children are under 13 and are not already linked to a My Disney Experience account, you will have to manage their plans. Once you all are connected in My Disney Experience, you can link everyone's theme park tickets. To link those tickets, go to the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom righthand side of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. From that screen, you should see an option to link tickets and passes.

Andrew, I hope this helps! If you still are unable to link the tickets, I suggest that you call to speak with a cast member in Website Support. Also, check to be sure your tickets do not need theme park reservations. And make a few advanced dining reservations, especially for character meals. Also, if you are bringing little ones, check the height requirements for attractions. It's helpful to know before you go so that they are not disappointed in the parks.

Keep up the great planning! Sending a little pixie dust to make sure you get those tickets linked and plans finalized!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
