I have tickets/reservation but I'd like to know if I can switch my hopper from Disneyland first to California Adventure first instead, hopping to the other at 1:00pm

Hey there, Diana, and welcome to planDisney!

I’m so happy to see that you’ll be visiting the Disneyland Resort very soon! Great news, you can switch your theme park reservations to a different starting part, subject to availability.

I recommend checking the Availability calendar before making any changes. You don’t want to risk losing your reservation entirely, especially since your visit is so close! As long as there’s availability to start at Disney California Adventure Park, then you’ll want to cancel your existing reservation and reschedule it for your new starting park.

If there isn’t availability to switch, then I recommend keeping your existing plans and just plan to Park Hop to the next park later in the day. There will be plenty of time to enjoy both parks, Diana! To maximize your time, I recommend arriving at the parks as soon as they open. “Rope Dropping” is my family’s absolute favorite. We find that we get the most done earlier in the day!

Enjoy your visit and if there’s anything else you need, don’t hesitate to ask!
