Helpful Cast Members in Bell Services are able to oversee the transfer of luggage items between Disney Resorts Collection hotels, and for your added information, Bell Services can be found located near-by the
Front Desk Services area of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
Generally speaking, the luggage transfer service provided by Bell Services is for day-of transfers. However, you never just know when a little pixie dust might happen! Therefore, I would suggest stopping by Bell Services to make your request to hold your luggage before transferring it to your 2nd Disney Resorts Collection hotel on your next appointed check-in day.
It's always worth bearing in mind that Cast Members will always do their best to assist Guests. However, requests at Walt Disney World Resort can never be guaranteed, and are usually based on current operational availability.
