    I'd like to know more about the resort luggage transfer service. After check out of resort one is there a way that our second WDW resort is able to hold our bags for a couple of days before check in if we visit somewhere else for a couple nights?

    As the current UK planDisney Mum, it truly is my absolute pleasure to welcome you back here to our pixie-dusted place!

    What a super smart idea it is to be thinking ahead for your luggage transfer arrangements for your April holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.  It's something that I can totally relate to, as I too like to have all my ducks in a row so to speak!

    Emma, I'm more than happy to share with you, that Guests staying in a Disney's Resorts Collection hotel are welcome to use the Guest perk of the wonderful utility of Bell Services.  Helpful Cast Members in Bell Services are able to oversee the transfer of luggage items between Disney Resorts Collection hotels, and for your added information, Bell Services can be found located near-by the Front Desk Services area of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.

    Generally speaking, the luggage transfer service provided by Bell Services is for day-of transfers.  However, you never just know when a little pixie dust might happen!  Therefore, I would suggest stopping by Bell Services to make your request to hold your luggage before transferring it to your 2nd Disney Resorts Collection hotel on your next appointed check-in day.

    It's always worth bearing in mind that Cast Members will always do their best to assist Guests. However, requests at Walt Disney World Resort can never be guaranteed, and are usually based on current operational availability.
