I'd like to know which are the best restaurants for kids. My daughter is 8 and my son is 5. I will start making reservations on February 21. Dont know where to start! starting to get a little overwhelming. We are not on the dining plan. Thanks

    Hi Brenda,

Walt Disney World is a place for families so you really can't go wrong with any choice of restaurant.

I would highly recommend booking character dining, your kids will love it!!  This is something that you can involve your kids in. Have them look at the website with you and see the dining options available.
Your daughter might want to have breakfast with Lilo and Stitch at the Polynesian Resort's Ohana and your son will love having a meal with Mickey and his pals over at Chef Mickeys. At the parks all of the restaurants are family friendly and it all depends on what you would like to eat.
Another fun option is one of the dinner shows, both of your kids and you will love it!!

The best place to start is to pick your choices and then have a back up just in case you can't get reservations.  If you don't happen to get reservations at one of your choices, keep checking back, cancellations happen so you might be able to nab a spot.

Here is the phone number for dining reservations 407-WDW-DINE

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Planning your vacation is part of the fun, no matter what you will be at Walt Disney World and you will have an incredible vacation!!

    Thank you for your question.
