Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Melissa ~
Your trip is only a few days away and I know you are too excited to sleep!
There are changing stations in most of the restrooms throughout the theme parks, water parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs so you will not have to visit to a
Baby Care Center to change your daughter. I always took a changing pad with me and antibacterial wipes to use before I put the changing pad down.
I honestly never went to a Baby Care Center just to change my boys but I did find them great for other needs. At Baby Care Centers you will find:
* A private nursing room with rocking chairs
* A changing room with tables and a unisex bathroom
* A feeding area with highchairs
* A kitchen with microwave, oven, and sink - This is great because dining locations are not permitted to cook or warm-up outside food including baby food.
* The main room has a television, table, chairs, and sofa. My boys loved having a break from all of the stimulation in the theme parks and we found this a great place to do that.
* An on-site shop where you can purchase formula, baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, over-the-counter medications, and clothing. Try as I might, I always seemed to forget or run out of something. I loved being able to pop into a Baby Care Center to get what I needed without going all the way back to our hotel.
Baby Care Centers are fully staffed by a warm, caring staff. They are open during regular theme park hours and there is no charge to use the amenities provided at the Baby Care Centers.
Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We're hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
