I'd like to take my family on a Caribbean cruise in summer of 2016, my question is what all is included with the cruise and what costs extra? Also is it possible for me and my fiance to get married on said cruise?

    Ahoy, Jeremy!

I'm happy to hear you're in the planning stages of a Disney Cruise for your family! Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your questions.

Your vacation package on a Disney Cruise includes almost everything onboard - before you know you want or need something, you'll find it's already been provided to you! Your stateroom, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any meals in between!), and all your onboard entertainment and activities are included in the price of your cruise. You'll also enjoy unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee at the Beverage Station on the pool deck, as well as during meals. Need a sweet treat? Just stop by the soft serve ice cream machine - day or night! 24-Hour Room Service is also provided free of charge. If your itinerary includes a stop at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, you'll also enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch, and it's all included!

When budgeting for your vacation, you'll need to account for a few things that require additional charges: Spa/Salon visits (that's where you'll find me!), photo packages, adult-exclusive dining at Palo or Remy, Port Adventures, child care for children under the age of 3, video games in the Arr-cade, internet usage, specialty coffee drinks, and all alcoholic beverages.

Congratulations on your engagement, Jeremy! Yes, you can absolutely get married on a Disney Cruise. We were onboard last week and saw at least three lovely brides celebrating their special day. For more information about planning the wedding of your Disney dreams, visit the Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons site here, or call a professional Disney wedding consultant at (321) 939-4610.

I hope this helps! It sounds like a magical vacation will be happening soon for you and your family. Please come back and visit if we can help answer any further questions for you!

    Happy planning! - Diane W.
